Außerdem bedarf Kunst zumeist vielfältiger Vermittlung. Das büro für kulturelle angelegenheiten agiert auf sämtlichen Vermittlungsebenen: Zum einen vermitteln wir die Kunst ihrem Publikum, zum anderen transportiert Kunst Inhalte, die wir vermitteln möchten. Und um der Kunst überhaupt die notwendige Finanzierung zu gewährleisten, vermitteln wir sie Förderern und Kooperationspartnern.

Inhaltlich konzipieren und initiieren wir eigene Kulturprojekte: internationale Tanz-, Ausstellungs-, und Theaterprojekte, etwa mit der Republik Moldau oder dem Kosovo. Wir entwickeln neue Kultur-Vermittlungsformate für Kinder und Jugendliche, beispielsweise in Form von Audioführungen durch Ausstellungen und Museen; nicht zuletzt konzipieren und organisieren wir Veranstaltungen wie Lesungen, Symposien oder Podiumsdiskussionen.

Als Agentur entwickeln, realisieren und betreuen wir für unsere Auftraggeber spartenübergreifend Kunst- und Kulturprojekte – dabei sind wir kompetent sowohl in inhaltlicher Konzeption als auch in Bezug auf die organisatorische Umsetzung. Darüber hinaus beraten wir Künstler und Kreative bei Fördermittelakquise und Realisation ihrer Ideen.
Seit 2010 sind wir zudem Rahmen-Vertragsagentur der Kulturstiftung des Bundes.

Wir werden unterstützt durch ein verlässliches Netzwerk an Künstlern, Wissenschaftlern und freien Mitarbeitern.

Art also usually requires diverse kinds of communication. The büro für kulturelle angelegenheiten [office for cultural affairs] works at all these various levels: first, we bring art into contact with its audience and vice versa; second, we would like to convey the essence and ideas communicated by art. And to guarantee that art receives the funding it needs, we act as an agent for patrons, promoters, and partners.

We design and carry out our own cultural projects, including international dance, exhibition, and theater projects, for example with the Republic of Moldova or Kosovo. We develop new ways to convey art to children and young adults, such as audio tours through exhibitions and museums. And finally, we conceive and organize events, including readings, symposia, and panel discussions.

As an agency, we develop, implement, and supervise interdisciplinary art and cultural projects for our clients. Our areas of competence encompass both the conceptual design and the organizational implementation. Furthermore, we do consulting for artists and others working in creative fields, assisting them in their fundraising efforts and idea realization.

We work together with a reliable network of artists, researchers, and freelance contractors.
